Exotic Flo™

This class is for the woman who wants to be the primary object of his affection. He will be hypnotized with desire, while you seductively move your way through a very sexy floor routine that will keep him wanting more. You must wear flexible yoga style pants for this class and bring leg warmers. ***

Mastering The Art of The Lap Dance

You will learn professional lap dance moves that will tease your way to the TOP of any man's wish list. You will be giving a lap dance to your girlfriends, so this class is not for the inhibited. You must wear flexible pants for this class. ****

Rockin Pole™

This is a combination class for the ladies who have taken pole dancing and wish to combine their talents of floor work and pole dancing. You will learn a floor routine and a pole routine that will take your confidence to the next level! You must wear flexible workout wear and leg warmers. ****

Make Up/Make Over

You will have all of your make up done in a sexy way! Lashes included, your look will be touched up for perfection. You can take pictures in our studio with poles and chandelier props. You can be transformed into a modern day Pussycat Doll or a Marilyn Monroe. You can bring your own camera and make portraits for your loved ones or just for you! $60 per girl, Studio Rental is $150, "Air Brushed" Group Picture is $40.00.

Rockin Burlesque™

You will learn to tease and tantalize while using a boa as a weapon of mass seduction! You will shimmy and shake and bump and grind your way to your version of Marilyn Monroe. Look the part and bring a boa, this will be a class to remember! **

Rockin Chair™

Bring a man's button down dress shirt, a tie and a fedora. Underneath this sultry outfit, you will wear a sports top and workout shorts. You will learn the art of the striptease, to an 8 count of hypnotic seduction. Learn to seduce an audience by expressing your "it factor". You will learn how to perform like the sought after and very sexy local burlesque troupe "The Ginger Girls". **** This Star Rating is based on how uninhibited your girlfriends need to be for each style of class. Each class offers it's own "4 Star Ability" to break down barriers, increase self awareness and become more uninhibited.

Can we bring novelty items?

Themed parties are a fun way to share the special experience with your girlfriends. You are able to bring any novelty items to make your party an occasion to remember! We always recommend contacting "The Girls Room Party Planner" for more ideas for your special occasion.

What do we wear?

Each class has particular needs when it comes to clothing. Any class that has you dancing on the floor, such as Exotic Dancing or Pole Exotic Fusion, will require workout pants or flexible pants and knee protection like leg warmers. Many participants make it an 80's themed party for this reason, and it works out beautifully. For Pole Dancing, you will wear flexible knee length clothing, the more skin showing the better and no shoes. For Burlesque, you can wear anything you want (themed is fun for this class). For Lap Dance, you will need flexible clothing and definitely wear pants and no shoes. For the Make up / Make Over class, you can bring whatever clothing you want to wear in your pictures. The Girls Room is a professional studio for educational fitness purposes only.  Inappropriate clothing or lack thereof will not be tolerated during any class.

Can we bring alcohol?

Alcohol is prohibited during classes at The Girls Room. If you rent the studio for an extra hour for a private party, you can drink alcohol before or after your class. We have the right to refuse class to any party for being intoxicated or for inappropriate behavior.

Can we bring a camera or video camera?

Yes, you can video your class after you have learned it. You instructor will video you and your group as you perform.

Can we bring food?

Yes, it will use up your hour of class time. Your class is action packed and information filled, it is important to focus on your class if you want to learn as much as you can within your hour. You may want to rent the studio for an extra hour to share in food and drinks with your girlfriends.

Can we bring guys?

If it is a private session or private party you can bring men. Please understand that if they or any on lookers decide to participate, they have to pay for their education. From my professional opinion, women learn better in the company of other women. The pressure of having your loved one around can change the energy in the room to something you may not be ready for.

Can we bring our own music?

Yes, we have students who make CD's of the sexiest music that inspires them and then they duplicate a CD for everyone to take home with them to remember the special occasion.
