Join Stayoung Fitness for only $25 a month with your membership to The Girls Room. *When you purchase a package of classes at the Frisco location you will be considered a member of The Girls Room. You will receive an Xclusive Membership card, discount prices on our specialty classes, 15% off private parties, 10% off of retail, $5 bonus bucks for every women you refer that becomes a member of The Girls Room. You will also be included in the Xclusive family plan at StaYoung Fitness. **The Girls Room Xclusive access means when the classes have a maximum 16 students, we no longer allow drop in students. **StaYoung Fitness Xclusive means that your partner or loved one can enjoy the personal training studio at Stayoung Fitness at an Xclusive rate, while you workout at The Girls Room. |

Inversions Workshop
The inversion workshops include but are not limited to learning how to perform 6 different inversion pole tricks and transitions from inversion to inversion to create polished advanced tricks. You must be at an advanced Pole Dancing level to participate in these workshops. RSVP with payment required in advance.

A combination of the sexiest Pole Tricks and Exotic Floor Dancing, to get the most invigorating total body workout. You will incorporate all of your muscle groups in every class and leave with a new perspective of your feminine power, strength and beauty. You will become a more feminine female, by learning the art of seduction with man - ipulation. A Rockin Fun Class!

You will learn the sexiest pole tricks ever performed! This class will give you a boost of self esteem and confidence that will allow you to get the arms and abs you've only seen on fitness models. Our pole dancing classes teach you the power of female community and friendship by empowering your partners to FLY!

Level 1 and 2 - Four Sundays from 2:00pm - 3:30pm. Each class starts the 1st Sunday of the month. The cost for non-members is $130 and members is $99. (There are no make-up classes).

We offer beginner, intermediate and advanced professional lapdance workshops. Our Lap Dance class teaches you technique, sensuality, the art of the take away and the art of man-ipulation. Not only will you learn professional lap dance secrets, you will learn The Girls Room's philosophy in the "Power of your Femininity". This is our most Intimate yet Empowering, 2 Hour dance class available.

Rockin Chair™ Level 1, 2, 3, 4
Bring a man's button down dress shirt, a tie and a fedora. Underneath this sultry outfit, you will wear a sports top and workout shorts. You will learn the art of the striptease, to an 8 count of hypnotic seduction. Learn to seduce an audience by expressing your "it factor". You will learn how to perform like the sought after and very sexy local burlesque troupe "The Ginger Girls".
